Lettings Supervisor

About the Role

This position requires demonstrated experience in property lettings, property management, hotel reservations, or real estate, with a solid understanding of rental procedures or hotel booking operations. The candidate should have experience handling rental properties and engaging directly with landlords, tenants, and potential renters. Proven experience in sales or business development with a strong history of meeting targets is essential. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of conducting property viewings, tenant screenings, negotiations, lease agreements, and tenancy workflows.

Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills are a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a lettings team. Commercial acumen to optimize occupancy rates and rental revenue is critical, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving competencies. Familiarity with tenancy and property law regulations is expected. Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in lettings management or related property rental roles.
• Experience working with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Successful attainment of sales or business development targets.
• Knowledge of tenancy agreements, property viewings, and negotiation tactics.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Sound understanding of tenancy laws and property regulations.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
