About the Role
Integra Global Solutions, based in Coimbatore, is looking for Lease Abstractors to join their team. The role focuses on thoroughly reviewing lease documents and extracting essential financial, legal, and business details for analysis and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Summarizing critical financial, business, and legal lease details accurately.
- Validating lease documents and performing detailed analysis.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of all lease documents to create abstracts.
- Performing quality assurance checks on processed data.
- Collaborating with clients from international locations.
- Engaging in various data entry and analysis-related tasks.
- Participating in training sessions to fully understand and meet client requirements.
- Ensuring client objectives and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in lease abstraction or related fields.
- Willing to work onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
