Learning & Development Manager

Role Overview

We are in search of a strategic and people-centric Learning & Development Manager who is driven to enhance employee skills, engagement, and overall organizational efficiency. This role demands leading the design and delivery of learning initiatives tailored to meet employee development needs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze learning requirements across the organization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal teams to align learning initiatives with company goals and capability needs.
• Manage a portfolio of training activities, including leadership development and continuous learning opportunities.
• Establish frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and talent development strategies.
• Proficiency in conducting training needs assessments and designing structured learning programs.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Capability to design compelling learning content and initiatives.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training evaluation techniques.
• Analytical aptitude to measure learning effectiveness and its effect on business outcomes.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with creativity and a dedication to continual enhancement.
