Job description
Overview
We are looking for a driven and seasoned Learning & Development Manager to spearhead the creation, execution, and assessment of employee growth and leadership advancement programs. This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping our organization's approach to talent development, ensuring our workforce acquires essential skills to meet both present and future business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive the company-wide Learning & Development strategy.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments.
- Create, implement, and supervise learning initiatives including leadership development and career progression frameworks.
- Oversee talent development efforts such as succession planning and programs for high-potential employees.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to synchronize training programs with organizational priorities.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness and return on investment of all learning efforts.
- Maintain partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Champion a culture that encourages ongoing learning, innovation, and career growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices in training and development.
- Administer the learning budget to optimize resource allocation and program delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related discipline.
- A master's degree or relevant professional certification(s) in Learning & Development is considered beneficial.
- At least 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development roles.
- In-depth expertise in competency modeling, leadership growth, succession strategies, and talent management systems.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and applying enterprise-wide learning strategies.
- Strong proficiency in project management and data-driven analysis.
- Applicants must be Qatari nationals.
