Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, engagement, and overall organizational success. This role involves identifying employee learning requirements, creating training strategies, managing learning projects, and assessing their impacts. Collaborating with leadership and internal teams to ensure learning efforts align with company objectives is a key part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development principles, training methods, and talent cultivation.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and designing structured learning programs.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to design engaging educational content and development plans.
• Strong skills in project, organizational, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training assessment techniques.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of learning initiatives.
