Position Overview

We are seeking a Learning & Development Executive to strengthen our team by managing training initiatives and enhancing employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate training requirements and updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all training activities through proper tracking and documentation to comply with reporting needs.
• Provide necessary training documentation during hotel audits to demonstrate compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support HR-driven activities and learning programs aimed at fostering a positive development environment for employees.
• Collaborate with external partners effectively to organize and execute training programs.
