Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role involves supporting the creation, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and facilitating career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs by consulting with managers, employees, and business leaders.
• Plan, organize, and execute learning and development programs and initiatives.
• Create and update training materials, learning aids, and development programs.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications for both internal and external training sessions.
• Collaborate with managers to foster employee development and support career advancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development, training, or similar HR functions.
• Proven ability to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs effectively.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial.
• Possession of professional certifications in HR or Learning and Development is advantageous.
