Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to oversee comprehensive project management tasks primarily related to luxury hotel and residential developments. The role demands leadership, extensive project execution knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects that meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed Project Execution Plans adhering to company protocols.
• Deliver project management services that uphold high professional standards and satisfy company expectations.
• Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes.
• Lead projects to achieve targets for quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and colleagues effectively.
• Administer construction contracts diligently.
• Coordinate regular project progress reviews alongside the Planning Manager.
• Evaluate and resolve contractor claims with support from planning.
• Organize and lead meetings, documenting minutes and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Oversee procurement processes comprehensively.
• Facilitate value engineering and risk analysis workshops.
• Manage project commissioning and close-out phases.
• Prepare periodic reports with actionable recommendations.
• Predict and mitigate potential project challenges proactively.
• Complete additional project management tasks as delegated by senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant project management experience, preferably with progressive responsibility.
• Demonstrated expertise managing hotel projects through to delivery.
• Experience with large-scale luxury hotel or residential projects.
• Prior work experience within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Membership in recognized professional institutions related to the field is advantageous.
