Role Overview
The Learning Administrator will be an integral part of the HR Shared Service Center team based in Kill, Co. Kildare, Ireland (office relocating to Citywest, Dublin in November 2026). This role supports Master Data activities across more than 60 entities and provides learning administration for learners in over 80 entities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide both functional and technical assistance for the global Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create and configure various learning materials including online courses, training events, curricula, multimedia content, and checklists, adhering to system standards and company policies.
- Ensure uninterrupted delivery of training content and resolve technical issues or user problems via an internet-based ticketing system.
- Develop test questions and maintain the accuracy and relevancy of the test question database.
- Analyze user data to form dynamic and static groups and track recurring system issues.
- Update content, manage version control, assign courses, and enhance automation of assignment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to provide training, meet audit requirements, and cooperate with the Global LMS Administrator to improve processes, policies, and operations.
- Coordinate corporate learning activities including scheduling sessions, communicating with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, instructors, and participants.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with LMS governance and system optimization.
- Serve as an LMS subject matter expert by developing best practices, advising on curricula design and delivery, and guiding content owners on system configurations.
- Identify and leverage underutilized LMS functionalities to enhance system capabilities further.
- Perform any additional tasks related to the role as directed by management and in alignment with the HR Shared Service Center's development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Strong IT proficiency with experience using enterprise Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors Learning.
- Proficient communication skills in English and German (B2 to C2 level).
- Preferably at least two years of experience within a Shared Service Center environment.
- Highly organized with a consultative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Exceptional administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic.
