Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Technical Support Engineer based in Pune to manage and resolve escalated technical issues, serving as the key technical intermediary between the Customer Support and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of investigating and resolving complex customer escalations efficiently.
- Serve as the primary technical contact bridging Customer Support and Engineering departments.
- Troubleshoot advanced production issues related to integrations and APIs.
