Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in DevOps and cloud technology, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role demands strong knowledge of Agile processes, hands-on experience designing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and proficiency in infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee DevOps practices aligned with Agile software development methodologies.
- Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitLab CI/CD to streamline development workflows.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.
- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalable and efficient orchestration.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles and Agile software development practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS environments.
- Experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code automation tools including Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
- Hands-on capability in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
