Lead Software Engineer - .NET with Angular and Cloud

About the Role

We are recruiting a seasoned Lead Software Engineer specialized in .NET and Angular to design and deploy extensive production applications leveraging cloud technologies. The role requires steering technical excellence throughout the entire technology stack, crafting scalable microservices, and utilizing state-of-the-art AI-driven development tools to speed up delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of comprehensive production-grade full-stack applications.
• Create and implement reliable RESTful APIs along with microservices architectures.
• Develop and sustain modern client-side user interfaces using Angular.
• Build backend components and APIs with .NET technologies.
• Design and launch cloud-native solutions primarily on AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Utilize event-driven architectures and messaging patterns to enable scalable system designs.
• Manage containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches.
• Adopt AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code to boost productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to set technical standards and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience developing large-scale applications for production environments.
• Strong command of .NET for full-stack development projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Angular for frontend development; React and Node.js considered as acceptable alternatives.
• Comprehensive skills in backend programming and API design and implementation.
• Proficient in designing microservices-based systems and creating robust REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, focusing on AWS followed closely by Azure.
• Solid understanding of event-driven and messaging systems technology along with database fundamentals.
• Hands-on familiarity with container tech including Docker and Kubernetes management tools such as AKS/EKS.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-powered development software including Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code (AI specialization not mandatory).
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (B2 level minimum).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Databricks analytics platform.
• Expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code methods.
