Job description
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess between five to over seven years of experience developing iOS applications.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or have equivalent relevant professional experience. Diploma holders or professionals transitioning careers with comparable experience may be considered.
- Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates published iOS applications.
- Expertise in Swift programming language.
- Strong understanding of iOS design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Familiar with Git or other version control systems.
- Write code that is clear, maintainable, scalable, and future-oriented.
- Capable of proactively identifying and resolving software issues.
- Willingness to be based in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in iOS application development.
- Understanding of various app architectures and design patterns.
- Knowledgeable about continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and release management.
- Proficiency in key iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, UILocalNotification, and Swift Extensions.
- Experienced with RESTful API integration in iOS environments.
- Working familiarity with Firebase and its associated services.
- Capable of performing code reviews for peers.
- Adept at mentoring and assisting junior developers.
- Ability to independently develop full features.
