By promoting a comprehensive understanding of customer demands across various global markets, you will align company strategy closely with user feedback. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality and consistency during system enhancements and generating reusable insights that enable teams to make informed decisions confidently.

Team and Collaboration

You will become part of a cooperative, cross-functional team that collaborates closely with product development, design, data science, and regional commercial leaders. The group uses a mix of synchronous and asynchronous communication to ensure transparency and accessibility of data across global time zones. The main aim is to uphold the highest standard of evidence quality while significantly influencing critical product and commercial choices.

Initial Focus Areas

  • Creating a consolidated, global Voice of Customer reporting framework encompassing all feedback sources.
  • Protecting the integrity and historical comparability of vital metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and brand awareness during platform migrations.
  • Building efficient data pipelines within Snowflake, SQL, and self-service dashboards to optimize reporting for executives.
  • Collaborating with product data science teams to assess research tools, including AI technologies and feedback systems.

Work Environment

The company promotes a hybrid work style that blends remote work with regular periods spent together in modern office spaces. Periodic team gatherings foster interpersonal connections and relationship-building while allowing flexibility to accommodate personal routines and lifestyles.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced expertise in quantitative techniques, including survey design, sampling methods, and rigorous statistical analysis.
  • Practical experience in SQL querying and familiarity with data pipelines and visualization tools such as Tableau or Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to distill complex, mixed-method research into straightforward, actionable strategic advice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, effectively handling competing deadlines and nurturing strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • A strong inquisitiveness about user needs and a balanced approach between analytical thoroughness and rapid decision-making.
  • Experience in SaaS, financial technology, or research across multiple markets is highly valued.
