Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience with Python, applying object-oriented and functional programming techniques
• Leadership experience in software development teams, including mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, upholding a strong quality focus
• Skilled in producing software designs and related documentation
• Experience handling data processing pipelines
• Familiar with DevOps practices and cloud or virtualization platforms
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and driving innovation
• Strong interpersonal communication capabilities

Preferred but Not Essential

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience using Elasticsearch and Kibana
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Understanding of security protocols including PKI and TLS
