Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Casino vertical, responsible for developing an advanced digital Casino offering tailored for the UAE market. Your primary mission will be to enable customers to effortlessly discover games, build trust in the platform, and sustain engagement over time.

You will take charge of a significant Casino product area encompassing discovery, content strategy, personalized experiences, and user engagement. Collaboration will be frequent and close with teams such as Product Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM, and Casino Operations.

The ideal candidate exhibits commercial acumen, is data-driven, and can thrive in a regulated setting. You must skillfully balance customer requirements, business objectives, and compelling product experiences, managing a diverse and complex portfolio of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and steward the Casino strategy and roadmap within your scope
• Enhance game discovery and navigation features
• Manage content merchandising and presentation layers
• Oversee live dealer and random number generator (RNG) gaming experiences
• Create and refine personalized game recommendations
• Design promotions and engagement initiatives
• Develop VIP customer product journeys
• Drive cross-selling initiatives with the Sportsbook and Lottery verticals
• Lead experimentation and monitor product performance metrics

• Significantly improved game discovery and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years in Product Management within consumer digital products
• Substantial experience with Casino or gaming products, especially managing large content portfolios, supplier relationships, or personalization features
• Proven track record of full ownership of major product domains
• Deep expertise in product disciplines including customer discovery, experimentation, content merchandising, analytics, retention, personalization, and user experience design
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to use data analytics to guide product strategies and measure success
• Previous experience operating efficiently within regulated environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Design, Engineering, Commercial, CRM, and Operations
• Proficiency in applying artificial intelligence technologies to enhance product discovery, data analysis, experimentation, and delivery speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Live Casino, RNG games, slots, VIP programs, game aggregation, recommendation engines, or internationally regulated gaming sectors
