Role Overview

The Lead for Global Brand Experience will be based in Riyadh, spearheading initiatives that bring the Snapchat brand's essence to life across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region. This includes collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement memorable, brand-aligned events that drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of GBX MENA to plan and execute regional branding strategies.
  • Conceptualize and oversee impactful events and programs, primarily focused on Saudi Arabia but extending across the Middle East.
  • Develop a regional experience roadmap highlighting Snap's products, technology, and innovative solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase Snapchat priorities and new products through compelling activations that engage clients and support business growth.
  • Create detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success measurement, coordinating with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, and other teams.
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle from concept and creative design to production, logistics, branding, and on-site execution.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, and production partners across Saudi Arabia.
  • Oversee budget management and financial tracking for all GBX MENA efforts.
  • Analyze event outcomes to optimize return on investment, ensuring alignment with Snap’s strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrated executive presence and excellent communication skills capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Skilled negotiator with thorough understanding of vendor, venue, and agency contractual agreements.
  • Established professional network within Riyadh and Saudi Arabia’s broader events and entertainment sectors.
  • Experienced in managing partner-driven activations and navigating complex legal frameworks.
  • Highly organized multitasker who can handle multiple sophisticated projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail throughout creative, production, and brand execution phases.
  • Problem-solver able to thrive in fast-changing and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong cultural insight into regional moments and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple software, and emerging AI platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience managing large-scale events or experiential marketing activations.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of working time.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in supporting sales and advertising activities within technology, media, or production sectors.
  • Track record of executing culturally resonant and innovative brand activation campaigns.
  • Strong business insight focused on event-driven revenue impact.
  • Passion for Snapchat’s brand and its community.
