About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Expert specializing in US IT staffing, recruitment, and candidate sourcing. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and works on a US shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of hands-on experience in generating and sourcing talent specifically for the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive knowledge to identify and generate leads of IT professionals actively searching for job opportunities in the US.
- Target and source candidates including international students, recent graduates, and experienced IT professionals looking for employment.
- Utilize a variety of platforms and channels such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals (Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, online communities, databases, and others to generate candidate leads.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of candidates including details like name, location, technical skills, experience, contact info, availability, and job preferences.
- Conduct initial outreach through LinkedIn messaging, emails, calls, and other communication mediums.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, experience, geographical location, availability, and job fit.
- Establish consistent follow-ups to build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Business Development teams to ensure timely provision of relevant candidate profiles for existing openings.
- Keep candidate trackers, management information system (MIS) reports, and CRM/ATS records regularly updated.
- Develop and apply a solid understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with a proven track record in US IT staffing and demonstrated success in sourcing qualified IT leads from the US market will be highly favored.
