Lead Estimator

Position Summary

The Lead Estimator role requires extensive experience in project cost estimation within engineering, procurement, and construction domains, particularly for substantial Oil and Gas and Pipeline projects. This position involves leading cost estimation efforts throughout project development phases, managing estimate plans, and ensuring alignment with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed and classified cost estimates during various stages of project development.
• Develop and manage comprehensive estimate plans based on project requirements.
• Apply the WBS process to establish a structured cost breakdown for accurate project estimation.
• Prepare and revise cost estimate foundations including productivity factors, all-inclusive rates, material costs, and construction expenses.
• Collaborate and coordinate with project teams to gather all necessary inputs for the Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimate.
• Evaluate, validate, and present cost estimate reports clearly and effectively to management and clients.
• Use Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage) software and possess working knowledge of SAEP-25 standards.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team estimators, promoting adherence to industry best practices for cost estimation.
• Be proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Open to candidates of any nationality, with preference given to Saudi nationals.

Additional Information

This position is based in Al Corniche, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time onsite employment.
