Role Overview

Join Blinkys Corner Child Care Centre in Lismore, NSW, as a Lead Educator within a passionate and supportive team of qualified Early Childhood professionals. This position is tailored for experienced educators holding an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services, aiming to create and maintain an engaging and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Educator, you will be instrumental in nurturing and inspiring children to achieve their full potential through the design and implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Children’s Services approved by ACECQA
• Experience working as an Educator in early childhood settings for children aged 0-5 years
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Current Working with Children Check clearance
• First Aid certification
