About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing management, budgeting, and communicating with parents.
• Support and motivate Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentorship, and promoting professional development.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-suitable activities that support children's overall growth.
• Ensure children's safety and welfare by rigorously following policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that values teamwork and diversity.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Have a minimum of three years' experience working in licensed childcare settings, including leadership positions.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Show commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
