  • At least four years of direct consulting experience involving client collaboration, stakeholder facilitation, and translating vague business questions into precise analytics requirements.
  • Proficient in analytics data modeling and SQL with more than four years focusing on dimensional/star schema design and dataset transformation for analytics readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end analytics delivery in consulting or similar client-facing roles, covering all stages from requirements to adoption and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with Microsoft Fabric components beyond Power BI, including Lakehouse/Warehouse, Delta tables, OneLake, and workspace organization.
  • Familiarity with engineering delivery practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and monitoring.
  • Practical knowledge of data governance including metric governance, data quality, row-level security, and access control patterns.
  • Experience supporting production environments with incident management, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications or active pursuit particularly in Power BI, Fabric, and Azure data technologies.
  • Strong mentoring capabilities, including coaching, standards establishment, peer review, and reusable asset development.
  • Experience responsibly leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency and consistency.
