Lead AI Generative Designer

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer based in Saudi Arabia. The role centers on leading the creation of high-quality, realistic, and consistent AI-generated visual content at large scale, combining creative design with technical AI workflow expertise. You will guide image quality and consistency while pioneering scalable pipelines and automated processes for visual production.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the quality and uniformity of AI-generated images across all workflows.
• Produce lifelike, aesthetically appealing images including models, avatars, and personas at scale.
• Continuously enhance image realism, polish, approval ratios, and business outcomes.
• Develop and refine automated generative AI pipelines for image creation.
• Utilize and maintain tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed, plus other emerging AI platforms.
• Design and optimize ComfyUI workflows to enable repeatable, scalable production.
• Automate batch image generation and content processing workflows.
• Integrate APIs, n8n automation, scripting, and AI-assisted coding to minimize manual intervention.
• Scale production volume without compromising visual quality or standards.
• Determine technical strategy for AI image-generation methods and workflows.
• Standardize workflows and align content streams to shared processes and best practices.
• Transition visual production from individual experiments to reliable, efficient systems.
• Research, assess, and experiment with latest AI generative models, tools, and techniques.
• Measure technical and business impact of new AI innovations prior to integration.
• Continuously identify workflow and automation improvements to boost efficiency.
• Establish evolving best practices for creating AI-generated visuals.
• Make informed technical and creative decisions in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Clearly communicate technical recommendations to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Assume end-to-end ownership of the visual generation process with ongoing performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience generating visual content using generative AI techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to create realistic images of people, avatars, or AI personas at volume.
• Strong technical knowledge of ComfyUI, Flux, or similar generative AI platforms.
• Practical background in building and enhancing AI image generation pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with batch content generation and automated processing systems.
• Comfortable using APIs, automation tools like n8n, and basic scripting languages.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding methods to build effective production solutions.
• Exceptional visual sensitivity with a keen eye for detail.
• Deep understanding of visual realism factors including composition, anatomy, lighting, and consistency.
• Ability to detect and remedy visual artifacts and quality issues.
• Awareness of elements that contribute to polished, commercially viable AI imagery.
• Senior-level accountability and self-driven working style.
• Capability to architect scalable creative processes rather than relying solely on one-off creations.
• Strong analytical skills with an experimental and problem-solving mindset.
• Capacity to objectively evaluate new AI technology improvements in quality, speed, scalability, and costs.
