- Architect end-to-end systems aligned with business goals, architectural standards, security protocols, and operational constraints.
- Build prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), and production-grade software across the technology stack.
- Explore and assess integration possibilities involving third-party platforms, APIs, vendor solutions, enterprise systems, and workflow/process engines.
- Evaluate feasibility, security, data flow, maintainability, and operational impact of integration methods.
- Address complex integration challenges requiring independent research, experimentation, and sound engineering judgment.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development speed, quality, consistency, and team productivity.
- Guide teams on adopting AI-assisted development with best practices, patterns, and safety measures.

- Contribute to defining technical strategy through practical problem-solving and solution design.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in full-stack software engineering and solution architecture.
- Proven capability to collaborate closely with business users to convert requirements into operational software.
- Track record of delivering complex software projects from discovery phases through to production deployment.
- Expertise with AI-driven development tools and techniques to improve engineering productivity.
- Proficiency in modern full-stack technologies such as the MERN stack or equivalents, including React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Experience with workflow/process orchestration platforms like Camunda.
- Competence in backend development using Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Hands-on knowledge of incorporating AI/large language models (LLMs) in the software development lifecycle, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and CI/CD for models.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres), NoSQL/key-value stores (e.g., MongoDB), and fundamental ETL and schema management processes.
- Ability to independently evaluate external integration options and architect practical solutions connecting third-party systems, APIs, enterprise platforms, and workflow engines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Attributes
- Ability to simplify complex, ambiguous business problems into straightforward, workable solutions.
- Effective communicator capable of building trust with non-technical stakeholders.
- Quick and independent in evaluating external tools, platforms, and automation approaches.
