Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on spearheading sales efforts for Room Air Conditioners, Cassette units, Ductable units, VRF systems, and HVAC equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust network of dealers and distributors. Achieving set monthly and annual sales objectives is a core duty alongside nurturing strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Expanding the business by discovering new market prospects is also integral to the role.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in VRV and LCOM/HVAC sectors are favored. Prior exposure to well-known brands in the industry is advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
- At least four years of sales experience
- Educational qualification of BE, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or a graduate degree
- Age range between 28 and 35 years
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in managing channel sales and building strong relationships
- Focused on targets and market-oriented strategies
