Job Opportunity
Abdulmajeed Alamer Law Firm And Legal Consultation Company is seeking a Lawyer to join their team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia.
- Valid practicing lawyer license in Saudi Arabia.
- A minimum of three years of practical legal experience.
- Specialized knowledge in commercial laws and company regulations.
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Capable of managing legal cases and disputes and representing clients in courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Advanced skills in preparing legal regulations, memoranda, and opinions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in legal English is considered an additional advantage.
