About the Role
As a Laundry Valet at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts by Hilton, you play a crucial part in enhancing guests' experiences by efficiently managing linen distribution. Your role goes beyond simply delivering clean linens; you help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the warmth and hospitality Hilton is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver clean linens to designated hotel areas ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- Systematically organize linens by size, colour, and department to maintain order and efficiency.
- Prepare and load delivery carts following established procedures to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform linen inventory counts and complete related documentation to monitor stock and identify restocking needs.
- Maintain precise records of linen deliveries and returns to uphold inventory accuracy throughout the hotel.
