Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and coworkers with professionalism.
• Collect and document guest laundry and valet items, including any specific care instructions.
• Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of all laundry and valet items.
• Transport items promptly to the laundry department for processing.
• Keep comprehensive records of laundry orders and billing details.
• Track and coordinate the progress of laundry orders with the laundry team.
• Respond effectively to guest questions and issues concerning laundry and valet services.
• Guarantee secure and punctual delivery of cleaned and pressed items back to guests.
• Maintain the quality and tidiness of valet presentations.
• Work collaboratively with laundry and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Comply with all applicable environmental and safety regulations in laundry and valet operations.
• Assist guests with any supplemental requests or provide relevant information.
• Operate following safety and eco-friendly guidelines to protect guests, colleagues, and the environment.
• Strictly follow company policies related to environment, health, and safety.
