Overview

In the role of Graphic Designer at the regional office of Grand Millennium Al Wahda in Abu Dhabi, you will be pivotal in converting creative ideas into visually powerful designs. Your work spans digital and print media, strictly maintaining brand integrity and design quality. By partnering closely with the marketing team, you will help translate concepts into innovative visual solutions that engage audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Marketing & Communications Manager to grasp design needs and goals.
• Create appealing, brand-aligned graphics for digital platforms and print materials.
• Turn ideas into polished designs that uphold a consistent visual identity.
• Develop captivating designs for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure every design complies with brand guidelines while sustaining high creativity and quality standards.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and timeline requirements.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, introducing fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with various teams to clarify project specifications and contribute creative perspectives.
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers and photographers to facilitate project execution.
• Evaluate design drafts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine outcomes.
• Help maintain an organized visual asset library and ensure accessibility of design resources.
• Look for ways to improve the brand's visual presence across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Operate safely and promote environmental stewardship to protect colleague wellbeing and support sustainability.
• Comply with all company policies related to environmental, health, and safety matters.
