Job Overview

The Laundry Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. The supervisor is responsible for managing daily laundry activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all laundry processes including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing linens and garments according to company standards.
• Monitor the performance of laundry staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Organize and manage staff work schedules efficiently.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols within the laundry environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven leadership capability in supervising teams, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
• Practical knowledge and experience handling laundry operations and industrial laundry machinery.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards applicable to laundry facilities.
• Prior supervisory experience in laundry services, hospitality, or facility management sectors is preferred.
