As a Laundry Operator aboard our vessel, you play a key part in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards for our guests and crew. Responsibilities

Your contributions enhance the overall guest experience by delivering perfectly cleaned, pressed, and presented linens, towels, uniforms, and personal garments. You will rigorously apply sanitation and safety procedures to preserve high hygiene levels and safeguard health. Managing laundry workflows efficiently and resolving technical equipment issues ensure uninterrupted operations and quality service.

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience as a Laundry Operator or a comparable role—preferably on cruise ships, luxury hotels, or large-scale laundry services—is required. Competency with industrial laundry machines, pressing tools, and fabric care for diverse textiles is essential. You should be experienced in high-volume, fast-paced laundry environments and well-versed in applicable health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Familiarity with guest and crew laundry service standards is expected.

Essential Skills

Relevant certifications or formal qualifications in laundry operations are expected. Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication and compliance with protocols. Diligence and meticulous attention to detail are critical for processing laundry items to the highest standard. Collaboration skills to work within teams smoothly and adaptability to meet the dynamic timeline and workload of shipboard operations are vital.
