Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related role such as amusement operations, arcade management, or entertainment roles involving direct customer interaction is essential.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level, along with fluency in at least two additional languages from a specified list.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities, paired with a dedication to exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of amusement equipment or a quick learner attuned to technical aspects related to the role.
