Laundry Attendant

Position Overview

This role involves more than just relocating items; it's about crafting an exceptional and unforgettable experience for our guests. The Laundry Attendant supports various departments by ensuring timely delivery of items to guests and assisting key teams such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office to facilitate smooth operations throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt delivery services directly to guest rooms and internal departments.
• Support housekeeping and other hotel departments by transporting necessary items efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure professionalism through proper uniform, neat personal appearance, and clear communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing or walking for extended periods, moving through confined or elevated spaces including stairs and ramps.
• Handle and inspect tools, equipment, and small print instructions to fulfill duties accurately.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance, with required stretching and bending motions.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience or supervisory responsibilities required.
• Possession of any specific licenses or certifications is not necessary.
