Job Overview
Join our hospitality team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort guests expect by ensuring a steady supply of immaculate linens. As a Laundry Assistant, your contribution will create a welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience.
Primary Duties
- Manage all steps of linen care including gathering, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of laundry equipment and work areas.
- Oversee linen and laundry supply inventories to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Promptly and courteously address laundry service requests from guests.
