Key Responsibilities

• Translate community guidelines and platform policies into clear, actionable content judgment standards, develop a comprehensive case library, and ensure uniformity in decisions across various content scenarios.
• Utilize large language model functionalities—such as prompt engineering, knowledge base development, and workflow design—to create risk evaluation tools and prompts that synchronize AI outputs with human judgment standards.
• Generate detailed risk assessment and content safety reports to guide platform policy adjustments, manage content quality, and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Use content quality control instruments, public opinion tracking systems, and data analytics platforms proficiently. Work collaboratively with operations and product teams to devise and execute risk prevention strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in internet content operations, moderation, content safety, or allied areas.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese to effectively manage stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.
• In-depth understanding of content safety risks and digital trends, with the ability to discern implicit or subtle risks and adeptly interpret policies into executable operational guidelines.
• A strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent skills in cross-departmental communication, coordination, and incident management response.
• Fast learner with advanced comprehension abilities, adaptable to evolving regulatory landscapes and platform content dynamics.
