Position Details

• Job Title: Landscape Technician (Stormwater)
• Location: Gulfport, MS
• Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 40-55 hours weekly (Monday through Friday) with overtime opportunities
• Regional Travel: Required 10-15 days per month; lodging and $55 per diem provided on travel days

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain stormwater infrastructure such as retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, grates, and other assets through routine landscaping and light repairs
• Perform mowing, weed trimming, debris removal, general ground upkeep, and minor construction tasks at client properties
• Operate landscaping machinery and light construction equipment proficiently
• Travel locally and regionally using company vehicles to reach client sites, typically 10-15 days monthly during weekdays

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in manual outdoor labor, landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, or related fields
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment and materials is preferred
• Willingness to undertake local and regional travel as required (10-15 days per month)
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT interstate transportation regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (drug-free workplace)
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor tasks involving bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting, while working in diverse weather conditions
