Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join a major client program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading and reviewing landscape designs for large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting site supervision and project management. The position requires strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder communication, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assess landscape design development from concept through detailed design and construction phases.
• Evaluate consultant submissions for alignment with client standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design.
• Assist in project management and coordination of design activities.
• Offer technical assistance during site supervision activities, including reviewing shop drawings, materials, and resolving site queries.
• Participate actively in client meetings and technical workshops.
• Contribute to commercial and scope reviews related to landscape design components.
• Foster a cooperative and professional team environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Have 8 to 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Demonstrate strong capability in landscape design and technical evaluations.
• Experience working on varied projects such as residential communities, villas, apartments, commercial centers, retail spaces, schools, parks, and public realm areas.
• Background in large-scale or master planned developments is essential.
• Preferably have Middle East experience, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
