Role Overview

The organization is seeking expressions of interest from seasoned professionals to fill a Project Manager position focused on Construction Supervision for upcoming major infrastructure initiatives throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of infrastructure projects ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
• Lead and coordinate multifunctional teams involving construction supervision, engineering, commercial divisions, and project control units.
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and performance metrics to guarantee successful completion.
• Serve as the principal liaison for clients, contractors, governmental authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, contractual commitments, quality benchmarks, and health and safety norms.
• Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
• Evaluate contractors’ progress and adherence to approved procedures and plans.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive reports, updates, and performance data to senior leadership and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related fields.
• At least 12 years of demonstrated expertise in infrastructure project execution, notably in construction supervision and project management capacities.
• A robust background managing complex infrastructure projects such as roadways, utilities, transport systems, or water sector developments.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, supervisory construction practices, contract management, and project controls.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience within international consulting firms is highly valued.
• Preferred experience in GCC and Saudi Arabian infrastructure projects.
• Possession of professional project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 is beneficial.
