Role Overview

The Landscape Architect will design and develop outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and public sector projects. Responsibilities include aligning designs with client expectations, site specifics, and local regulations. Tasks involve concept development, creating detailed drawings, planting plans, and technical documents, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires conducting site visits to evaluate existing conditions, oversee construction progress, and provide guidance on landscaping installation and upkeep. Participation in design presentations, proposal contributions, and advancement of sustainable, cost-efficient solutions are also key parts of the role. This position is full-time and requires working on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Landscape Architecture and Design with experience crafting functional, creative, and sustainable outdoor spaces.
• Skilled in Landscape Planning including site assessment, master planning, and integrating landscape features within larger projects.
• Practical knowledge of Landscaping and Planting Plans, including suitable plant selection and layouts adapted for the local climate.
• Competent in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalents to produce detailed drawings and visualizations.
• Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communicator and collaborator working effectively in multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients and contractors.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a dynamic workplace.
• Familiarity with UAE local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainable design guidelines is advantageous.
