Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Dubai involves conducting land surveying activities to support design, construction, and development projects. The Land Surveyor will carry out field measurements, gather spatial data, and perform site assessments while operating specialized instruments. Responsibilities include validating measurements, preparing detailed reports and drawings, collaborating with engineering and architectural teams, and ensuring adherence to local regulatory standards. Maintaining comprehensive survey documentation and coordinating closely with project stakeholders is essential to guarantee timely delivery of quality data.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in land surveying related to infrastructure, construction, and land development projects.
- Experience with topographic surveys encompassing data acquisition, contour mapping, and terrain evaluation.
- Competence in building surveying techniques including layout, level verification, and structural alignment checks.
- Proficient in using Total Station and contemporary surveying tools.
- Working knowledge of survey-related software such as CAD, GIS, or industry-specific applications for data processing and visualization.
- Technical diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or closely related disciplines.
- Understanding of Dubai's local construction and land development standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- High attention to detail, numerical precision, and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to operate effectively onsite and collaboratively.
