About the Role

Brandt Group of Companies is hiring a Labourer for their Saskatoon Construction and Forestry division. This role supports the heavy equipment service team by performing various maintenance and cleaning tasks. The Labourer will play an essential part in helping technicians and other staff complete their jobs efficiently and boost overall shop productivity. This position is ideal for candidates interested in eventually pursuing an apprenticeship in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Detail heavy machinery after repairs are finished to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Maintain the wash bay equipment and keep the area clean and organized.
• Clean parts and components used in repairs and servicing.
• Keep the yard and shop areas tidy and orderly through regular cleaning.
• Help dismantle heavy equipment and its components when required.
• Organize equipment storage in the yard and maintain dealership premises, including tasks such as grading, leveling, and snow removal.
• Assist with inventory upkeep as needed.
• Support other shop personnel in completing their responsibilities to enhance productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
