Job description
Role Overview
This full-time position, based in Preston, involves supporting the Asset Management team in maintaining approximately 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde, and South Ribble. You will assist skilled tradespeople by transporting equipment and materials, managing waste disposal, and contributing to both planned and responsive maintenance activities. A company vehicle is provided to facilitate travel to job sites.
Key Duties
- Assist repair and maintenance teams by transporting materials, equipment, and disposing of waste.
- Support the delivery of maintenance services in tenanted and empty properties.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a similar labor or maintenance role is preferred.
- Possess a full manual driving license enabling safe operation of company vehicles.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures relevant to the role.
- Proficient with IT tools, capable of accessing job details on mobile devices.
