Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Industry Helper to contribute to the smooth functioning of our factory operations or production unit. This role involves supporting machine operators, technicians, and warehouse personnel by handling materials, assisting with equipment, and ensuring workplace cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely manage loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials, tools, and finished products within the production area or storage facilities.
• Assist machine operators by supplying raw materials, clearing any obstructions, and collecting waste or scrap.
• Support inventory management by organizing goods in the warehouse bays and participating in stock audits.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, machinery, and equipment to uphold safety standards.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors, foremen, or plant managers promptly and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 based on experience and shift requirements.
• Company provides free meals or tiffin during working days.

• Full-time engagement, typically six days per week with flexible shifts as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 8th or 10th-grade pass is preferred; however, candidates with basic literacy, including freshers, are welcome.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and safely lift moderate to heavy items.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, safety-conscious, and willing to follow instructions from supervisory staff.
• Experience is not mandatory; however, having up to two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial helper roles will be considered an advantage.
