Labeling Specialist - Data Labeling Operations

About the Role

Our Business Integrity team is highly user-focused and aims to deliver technically excellent, reliable platforms and services. We are currently looking for a Labeling Specialist (English) to perform detailed data annotation and labeling tasks. This role ensures that data is accurately paired with the correct labels to serve as fundamental ground truth for training machine learning algorithms. It requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of global policies, consistently applying evolving guidelines to maintain top data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely annotate and label data in compliance with global policy standards to support the development and effectiveness of models.
• Stay fully updated with all policy modifications and developments to maintain annotation accuracy and consistency.
• Strictly follow established policies and procedures to deliver superior quality outcomes.
• Detect labeling difficulties and propose improvements to workflows and guidelines to pioneer higher quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to special projects and pilot initiatives aimed at enhancing annotation accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate across departments including Training, Quality, and Policy teams to refine annotation tasks and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English language skills.
• Willingness and ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Holds a diploma in any field from a recognized polytechnic.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical aptitude, keen eye for detail, and a focus on process enhancement.
• Highly organized, self-driven, able to function independently while effectively collaborating within teams.
• Experience handling sensitive information responsibly and performing efficiently in dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse work environments.
