Job Responsibilities

• Execute assigned analytical tests accurately, precisely, and promptly within the designated laboratory environment.
• Carry out standardized routine and specialized laboratory testing tasks with corresponding reporting and adherence to quality controls.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to laboratory procedures and results.
• Handle specimen processing according to laboratory protocols, perform test analyses, and validate results following SOPs.
• Uphold laboratory quality control norms, ensure calibration of instruments and procedures, and comply with the organization's safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor level certifications in Medical Laboratory Technology such as DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or B.voc MLT.
• Previous laboratory experience of 1 to 5 years in relevant diagnostic settings.
