Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Receptionist cum Technician to join our Skin & Hair Clinic team. This dual role demands managing front desk operations seamlessly, coordinating with patients, and supporting medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk, handling appointment bookings and patient interactions efficiently.
• Assist the attending doctor during procedures such as PRP, GFC, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
• Prepare and organize procedure trays and manage the centrifuge equipment with provided training.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene standards, and sterilization protocols are strictly followed within the clinic.
• Perform basic billing tasks and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills paired with a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy to manage scheduling and record-keeping.
• Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or aesthetic setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
