KPO Executive (Non-IT) – Night Shift

About the Role

factRsystems Pvt Ltd is a Knowledge Process Outsourcing and IT Enabled Services company supporting operations in U.S. mortgage and financial services. We are expanding our Operations Team in Mangaluru and seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Operations Associates. This role involves conducting detailed computer-based research, reviewing documents, analyzing data, and verifying information essential to U.S. mortgage and financial services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review and analyze data, documents, and transaction details with precision.
• Conduct research, verification, and validation using computer-based tools.
• Support multiple mortgage and financial services process lines conforming to client needs.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client guidelines, and quality standards.
• Complete tasks promptly within specified turnaround times and productivity criteria.
• Detect any discrepancies or missing information and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling client and company data.
• Engage in process training, quality checks, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to meet operational and service quality targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Experience in KPO, ITES, BPO, U.S. mortgage sector, financial services, document verification, research, or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to areas like Flood, Tax, Title, Mortgage Back Office, Research, Document Review, or Quality Control is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple software and online research platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to follow detailed process instructions and maintain quality compliance.
• Availability and willingness to work from the Mangaluru office supporting either day or night shifts as required.
• Positive attitude towards learning, reliability, and dedication to quality and performance standards.
