About the Role
This position is for Kitchen Staff/Team Member at a restaurant and cloud kitchen setting located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, preparing food ingredients, and assisting in various cooking processes while ensuring hygiene and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, equipment, cooking area, dustbins, and storage areas.
- Keep workstations organized and hygienic to comply with health standards.
- Wash, cut, and prepare both fresh and dry ingredients required for meals.
- Assist with cooking processes such as frying, grilling, and baking following established procedures.
- Ensure packing of orders is done neatly with correct branding and proper checking before dispatch.
Requirements
- Completed education at 10th grade level or above.
- Basic English reading skills sufficient to read labels accurately.
- Possess necessary documents including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details.
- Experience ranging from no experience up to one year is acceptable.
Compensation
The offered salary bracket ranges between ₹14,000 and ₹16,500 monthly, along with statutory benefits as applicable.
