About the Role
Alpha Core Trading is seeking diligent and eager Kitchen Staff to join the Mashhoor Fried Chicken team based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves preparing food items in line with company recipes and maintaining the highest levels of food safety and cleanliness in a busy kitchen setting.
Primary Duties
- Prepare meals following established company standards and recipe guidelines.
- Uphold exceptional standards for food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Properly handle and store all food items to maintain quality and safety.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Adhere strictly to kitchen operational procedures and policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or fast-food kitchen is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Capable of performing efficiently under pressure and flexible to work various shifts.
- Positive team player with professional demeanor and attitude.
