At wagamama, our kitchens revolve around fresh ingredients and dishes made to order every time. As a kitchen porter, you are the essential support keeping the kitchen spotless, orderly, and efficient, enabling the chefs to focus on preparing vibrant flavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the kitchen environment.
• Wash and clean pots, pans, and kitchen tools to allow continuous cooking.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and alert when stocks are low.
• Assist with basic kitchen preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for all.
